Green Tea With Wild Chanterelle Mushrooms
Unique among green teas, kukicha is made with with the stems and twigs of the tree shrub Camellia sinensi. These twigs are loaded with nutrients that were added to the plant’s soil to nurture its growth. Thanks to this quality, kukicha tea is even healthier than regular green tea. One cup has 6 times the calcium of a glass of milk and twice the Vitamin C found in oranges. It’s also rich in iron, zinc, selenium, copper, b vitamins, Vitamin A, manganese, and more. Their high levels of antioxidants will keep your skin clear and prevent cancer. Furthermore, kukicha stem tea aids in weight loss by enhancing digestion and making it easier for your body to burn fat.
The inclusion of chanterelle mushrooms adds even more health benefits to this tea. Chanterelles are considered to be one of the richest plant-based sources of Vitamin D known and have very high levels of potassium and some iron.
